Acceptable Use Policy

This site publishes product information and accepts enquiries from a public form. This policy sets out what that form is for, and what it is not for.

Scope

This policy applies to everyone who uses this website, and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Breaching it is a breach of those terms.

What the site is for

You are welcome to read the site, share links to it, print or save a page for your own reference, and use the enquiry form to contact us about KIMI: to request a quote, book a demonstration, place an order, ask about fleet or multi-unit supply, discuss a partnership, or make a press enquiry.

The form reaches a small team of people. Treating it as a channel to a person, rather than as an endpoint, is the whole of the etiquette here.

What is not permitted

You must not:

Misuse the enquiry form
Send automated, scripted, bulk or repeated submissions; use it to deliver advertising, marketing or solicitations to us; use it to send messages intended for a third party; or submit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening or harassing.
Misrepresent yourself
Submit a false name or email address, impersonate another person or organisation, claim an affiliation with us that you do not have, or submit someone else’s personal details without their authority.
Circumvent our protections
Attempt to defeat or bypass the bot verification, the rate limiting, the timing checks or the spam scoring that protect the form, including by rotating addresses to obtain more submissions than the limits allow.
Attack the site
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure; scan, probe or test it for vulnerabilities without our written permission; introduce malware; attempt injection of any kind, including into the email we generate from your submission; or flood the site so as to degrade it for others.
Extract the site
Scrape, crawl beyond what our robots.txt permits, harvest, mine or systematically copy content, including for the purpose of building a dataset or training a model. Our Intellectual Property notice covers the content itself.
Break the law
Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in breach of any export control, sanctions or trade restriction that applies to you or to us.

Automated access

Search engines are welcome, and our robots.txt permits ordinary crawling of the whole site. That permission covers indexing and linking. It is not permission to copy the site’s content, to republish it, or to build a derived dataset from it.

Automated submission of the enquiry form is never permitted, whatever robots.txt says.

Reporting a security issue

If you find a vulnerability, we would rather hear about it than not. Email kimi@alsadaany.com with “Security” in the subject line, describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before publishing.

Please keep your testing to what is necessary to demonstrate the issue: no denial of service, no automated scanning at volume, no access to or modification of data that is not yours, and no social engineering of our staff or providers. We will not pursue action against research conducted in good faith along those lines.

How we enforce this

Some enforcement is automatic. Submissions are rate limited, verified and scored, and one that fails those checks is refused or silently discarded without notice.

Beyond that, we may block access to the site, refuse to deal with you, report conduct to the relevant authorities, and take legal action where a breach causes us loss. We may also preserve and disclose information where we are required to, or where it is necessary to investigate a breach.

Reporting misuse

If you receive something that claims to come from us and looks wrong, particularly a request for payment to an unexpected account, do not act on it. Forward it to kimi@alsadaany.com and we will confirm whether it is genuine.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date it last changed is shown at the top.
