Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by Alsadaany Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company established in Egypt. It presents KIMI, a home assistant robot we manufacture, and provides a form for contacting our sales team.

By using this website or sending us an enquiry through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Disclaimer and Intellectual Property notice. Where a specific policy addresses a subject in more detail, that policy applies to it.

You may use this website and send us an enquiry if:

• you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract;
• where you are enquiring for a company or organisation, you are authorised to act on its behalf;
• you provide accurate information about yourself and the organisation you represent; and
• your use of the site is lawful in the country you are using it from.

We do not sell to, or accept orders from, anyone where doing so would breach applicable export controls, sanctions or other trade restrictions.

This is an informational product website with a single enquiry form. It has no user accounts, no shopping cart and no checkout, and it does not take payment of any kind.

Everything published here about the product is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not by itself create a contract between us.

KIMI is configurable, so it is sold by quotation rather than from a cart. The sequence is:

Enquiry

You send us an enquiry through the form or by email. An enquiry costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is not an order.

Quotation

We reply, discuss the configuration and the space it will work in, and issue a written quotation setting out the specification, the price and the commercial terms for your order.

Order

You accept the quotation in writing. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Until we do, no order exists.

Deposit

Confirming a quoted order requires a deposit of $200 USD. It is a flat amount rather than a percentage of the quotation, it is invoiced separately, and it is credited against the balance of your order. The deposit is fully refundable. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may decline an enquiry or an order, or ask for further information before proceeding, including where we cannot confirm your identity or authority, where a configuration is not available in your market, or where supplying you would breach a legal restriction.

You may cancel and obtain a full refund of any deposit at any time before dispatch. The process, and the timescales we work to, are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The figure shown on this site is a starting price of from $20,000 USD. Pricing varies by configuration, region and support terms. Every order is quoted before it is placed.

• Prices shown on this site are indicative. The price that applies to you is the one stated in your written quotation.
• Unless your quotation says otherwise, prices exclude taxes, customs duties, import charges, shipping, installation and any local regulatory costs.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. If no period is stated, please treat it as subject to confirmation.
• Payment is arranged directly with us against an invoice. No payment is ever taken through this website, and we will never ask you to enter card details on it.
• Where a currency conversion applies, it is made at the rate stated in your quotation or invoice.

If you receive a message that appears to come from us asking for payment to an account not named on your invoice, do not pay it. Contact us first at kimi@alsadaany.com.

KIMI is shown on this site as “Available to order”. Availability, configurations and options can change, and an option available in one market may not be available in another.

We confirm what is actually available to you, and on what terms, in your written quotation. Nothing on this site is a commitment to supply a particular configuration, in a particular country, at a particular time.

All content on this website, including the copy, the design, the product renders and the KIMI and Alsadaany Industries names and marks, belongs to us or is used with permission.

What you may and may not do with it is set out in full in our Intellectual Property notice.

You must not misuse this website. In particular, you must not:

• use the site or the enquiry form for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
• submit false, impersonated or misleading information, or another person’s details without their authority;
• send automated, bulk, repeated or unsolicited submissions through the enquiry form, or use it to deliver advertising;
• attempt to circumvent the spam protection, verification or rate limiting that protects the form;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system, or probe, scan or test it without our written permission;
• introduce malware, or upload anything designed to interfere with the site or the people who use it;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site, including for the purpose of building a dataset; or
• do anything that places an unreasonable load on the site or degrades it for others.

This site has no accounts and no passwords, so there are no credentials for you to protect. What you are responsible for is the information you send us:

• that it is accurate, and that you keep us informed if it changes in a way that affects a quotation or an order;
• that you are entitled to share it, including where it relates to a colleague or a third party;
• that it does not infringe anyone’s rights and is not unlawful; and
• that the email address you give us is one you control, since it is where we reply and where we send anything relating to your order.

We aim to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. Access may be suspended for maintenance, or restricted, withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

We may change the content of the site, including product information, specifications and prices, at any time. We are not obliged to keep it updated, though we try to.

The enquiry form depends on services provided by others, including our hosting provider, our verification provider and our email provider. If one of them is unavailable, the form may temporarily refuse submissions. If that happens, please email us directly at kimi@alsadaany.com.

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Specifications, figures and images published here describe the product in general terms and are subject to change. Our full Disclaimer explains how they should be read.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from your use of this website;
• we are not liable for loss or damage caused by a failure of the site to be available, by an error in its content, or by your reliance on information published on it; and
• our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of this website is limited to 100 US dollars.

This limitation applies to the website. Our liability in connection with an order for a product is governed by the written agreement for that order, not by this clause.

If you are dealing with us as a consumer, you keep the rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing here reduces them.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• your breach of these terms or of our Acceptable Use Policy;
• information you submit through the site that is false, unlawful, or shared without the authority to share it; or
• your unlawful or negligent use of the site.

We may restrict or block your access to this website, and refuse or ignore submissions from you, at any time and without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or where doing so is necessary to protect the site or other users.

You may stop using the site at any time. You can ask us to delete the information you have sent us, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive any termination.

This site links to Alsadaany Industries and to our LinkedIn page. We are not responsible for the content, or the privacy practices, of any site we link to. Following an external link is at your own risk.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law rules.

The courts of Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.

Before starting proceedings, we ask that you contact us at kimi@alsadaany.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most things are settled faster that way.

If you are a consumer resident in another country, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, or of the right to bring proceedings in its courts where the law gives you that right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date it last changed is shown at the top of the page.

Where a change is significant, we will say so on this page. If a change affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you about it directly rather than relying on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

• If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
• If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of it.
• You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business.
• These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between us in relation to your use of this website.
