Unless stated otherwise, everything on this website is owned by Alsadaany Industries or used by us under licence. That includes the written copy, the page design, the layout, the typography, the product renders, the specification data and the underlying source code.

“KIMI”, “Alsadaany Industries” and the Alsadaany logo are trade marks of Alsadaany Industries.

You may use our name to refer to us or to the product accurately, for example in a news article, a review or a comparison. You may not use our names, logo or styling in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or are affiliated with you, or as part of your own product, service or domain name, without our written permission.

Other product and company names mentioned on this site may be the trade marks of their respective owners, and are used only to refer to those products.

The images of the robot on this site are our own renders, and we treat them carefully: they are published whole and unmodified, because they are the record of how the product looks.

They may not be copied, cropped, recoloured, retouched, composited, used to generate derivative images, or used as training data. If you need an image of the product for a legitimate purpose, ask us at kimi@alsadaany.com and we will supply one and tell you how it may be used.

• View the site, and link to any page on it.
• Print or save pages for your own reference, or to circulate internally while evaluating the product.
• Quote a short extract in a review, article or internal document, provided you attribute it to us and, online, link back to the page it came from.

• Reproduce, republish or redistribute the content, in whole or in substantial part, commercially or otherwise.
• Scrape, mine or systematically extract the content, including to build a dataset or to train a machine learning model.
• Create derivative works from the copy, the design or the images.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.

Rights not expressly granted here are reserved. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of anything, or grants a licence by implication.

Rights in KIMI itself, including its industrial design, its mechanical and electronic design, its software, its firmware and its documentation, remain with Alsadaany Industries or our licensors.

Buying a unit gives you the right to use that unit, on the terms of the agreement for your order. It does not transfer any intellectual property, and it does not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, redistribute or manufacture from the design, except where such a right cannot lawfully be excluded.

This website is built with open-source software, including Next.js, React and Tailwind CSS, along with the other components listed in its dependency manifest. Those components remain the property of their respective authors and are used under their own licences, which are unaffected by anything on this page.

Tell us what the material is, where on the site it appears, what right you hold, and how to reach you. We will investigate and, where a complaint is well founded, remove or correct the material.
